Participation in travel is continuously increasing throughout the world. Seeking novelty, particularly novel cuisine, one of motivating factors underlying travel. Image most important that affect intention to visit a country and experience cuisine. This study examines mediating effects Turkish cuisine image on relationship between novelty seeking visit. In this regard, its effect individuals from United Kingdom (U.K.) who had eaten at restaurants was analyzed. Individuals were asked fill out self-administered questionnaires with 78 questions. An online platform people also utilized. It seen has significant role Turkey.
